Job summary

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme focused on Children’s Services. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape the operating model and improve service delivery across teams and service users.

The role entails leading process mapping, requirement gathering, and driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma in a hybrid East Midlands setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation and process improvement programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, operational redesign, and business process re-engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Experience within Children's Services, Social Care, SEND, or Local Government.
• Track record supporting organisational change and operating model implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping across Children's Services functions.
• Deliver gap analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Design and document future-state processes aligned to a new operating model.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
