Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Manager for its OpTP and CbCR team to drive efficient transfer pricing and reporting processes for financial services clients. The role focuses on redesigning TP operations, improving governance, and embedding compliant CbCR practices.

The candidate should have UK TP knowledge, a track record in TP/CbCR design, and strong stakeholder management. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent is preferred, with a hybrid work setup across client sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Broad set of skills in tax and financial processes
• Working knowledge of CbCR and TP operations
• Experience examining, challenging and redesigning tax/financial processes
• Experience preparing/reviewing CbCR and OECD guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with financial services clients on TP challenges and process improvements
• Prepare and review Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR) for OECD alignment
• Contribute to transformation programmes integrating TP into finance workflows
• Mentor and develop junior team members in Operational TP
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain client trust and satisfaction
