Job summary

Crowe UK is seeking a Manager to lead Transfer Pricing engagements across owner-managed and multinational clients, working with the Midlands team to build a national service line. You will manage advisory and compliance projects, develop client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across tax, audit, advisory and corporate finance to deliver high-quality, well-documented TP solutions.

Qualifications

• ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong transfer pricing experience in practice or industry.
• Experience delivering transfer pricing advisory and/or compliance projects.
• Desire to provide high-quality client service and build trusted relationships.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across teams, offices and international networks.
• Proactive mindset and interest in developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Managing transfer pricing engagements and delivering high-quality advice and documentation.
• Working with the Transfer Pricing Director and Senior Manager on complex advisory projects.
• Developing relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Acting as day-to-day contact for transfer pricing clients and project teams.
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• Supporting business development initiatives to grow the transfer pricing practice.
• Collaborating with colleagues nationally to develop transfer pricing opportunities.
• Taking responsibility for financial performance, budgeting and project delivery.
• Managing risk in client interactions and assignments.
