Job summary

Crowe UK is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Cheltenham team and help grow a nationally recognised transfer pricing service line. You will work with our Transfer Pricing Director and Senior Manager on a range of advisory and compliance assignments, supporting a broad client base from owner‑managed businesses to international groups.

The role offers significant exposure to UK and international transfer pricing matters, with opportunities to collaborate across tax, audit, advisory

Qualifications

• ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong transfer pricing experience gained within practice or industry.
• Experience of delivering transfer pricing advisory and/or compliance projects.
• A passion for client service and building trusted relationships.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively across teams, offices and international networks.
• A proactive approach and desire to contribute to the growth of a developing service line.
• A genuine interest in supporting and developing more junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Managing transfer pricing engagements and delivering high‑quality advice and documentation.
• Working alongside the Transfer Pricing Director and Senior Manager on complex advisory projects.
• Developing relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Acting as a day‑to‑day contact for transfer pricing clients and project teams.
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• Supporting business development initiatives aimed at growing the firm's transfer pricing practice.
• Working with colleagues nationally to develop transfer pricing opportunities across Crowe's client base.
• Taking responsibility for financial performance, budgeting and project delivery on assigned engagements.
• Managing risk appropriately in all client interactions and assignments.
