Job summary

Crowe UK is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the Midlands team and help build a nationally recognised service line. You will work with the Transfer Pricing Director and Senior Manager on advisory and compliance assignments for owner-managed and international groups.

The role offers opportunities to collaborate with Crowe Global, develop client relationships, lead projects, and contribute to process improvements while supporting growth of the transfer pricing practice nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong transfer pricing experience gained within practice or industry.
• Experience delivering transfer pricing advisory and/or compliance projects.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Great communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, offices and international networks.

Responsibilities

• Managing transfer pricing engagements and delivering high-quality advice and documentation.
• Working with the Transfer Pricing Director and Senior Manager on complex advisory projects.
• Developing relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Acting as day-to-day contact for transfer pricing clients and project teams.
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• Supporting business development initiatives to grow the firm's transfer pricing practice.
• Collaborating with colleagues nationally to develop transfer pricing opportunities across Crowe's client base.
• Taking responsibility for financial performance, budgeting and project delivery on assigned engagements.
• Managing risk appropriately in all client interactions and assignments.
