Job summary

Trust in SODA is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager for a long-term contract in the UK. The role focuses on strategic TP support across policy, compliance, and business partnering, with an emphasis on policy development and audits.

Candidates will lead TP projects, collaborate with commercial and technical teams, and ensure alignment with international TP regulations. The role is 3 days onsite per week starting January 2027 in a hybrid setup.

• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and strategies.
• Lead transfer pricing aspects of international tax audits and manage tax authority engagements.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation, profitability reviews and intercompany charging outputs.
• Manage strategic projects involving APAs, IP transfers, integrations and divestments.
• Partner with commercial, R&D and supply chain teams to resolve transfer pricing challenges and manage tax risks.
• Strong background in strategic transfer pricing within a tax function.
• Experience in transfer pricing policy development, tax audits and controversy.
• Proven ability to advise business stakeholders and manage complex transfer pricing projects.
• Strong understanding of international transfer pricing regulations.
