Are you an experienced Transfer Pricing specialist looking for a high-impact interim assignment within a major international organisation?

We're seeking a commercially astute Interim Transfer Pricing Manager to take ownership of complex international tax initiatives, influence strategic business decisions and deliver practical solutions across a global operating environment.

This is far more than a compliance-focused role. You'll work at the intersection of Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial Operations, supporting business-critical projects and navigating complex cross-border challenges.

The Opportunity

You'll play a pivotal role in managing and implementing global Transfer Pricing policies, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead strategic TP projects - including Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), IP transfers, business integrations, divestments and major commercial transactions.

Manage international tax audits and controversy - leading responses to tax authorities and resolving complex cross-border TP challenges.

Oversee global TP compliance - reviewing profitability assessments, intercompany charging arrangements and transfer pricing documentation.

Influence commercial decision-making - partnering with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance and Commercial leaders to navigate Transfer Pricing implications.

Drive operational improvements - identifying root causes of TP issues, strengthening governance and implementing sustainable solutions.

Support business transformation - ensuring Transfer Pricing requirements are embedded into strategic initiatives and organisational change.

What We're Looking For

You'll be an established Transfer Pricing professional, ideally with experience gained within a complex multinational business, Big Four consultancy or international professional services environment.

We're particularly interested in candidates offering:

Proven experience delivering complex TP projects, including APAs, IP transfers and international tax audits.
