Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CTA/ATT with manager-level or above experience.
• Experience leading a team of tax professionals.
• Ability to win new business and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support Partners and Directors by managing a team of tax specialists.
• Implement business plans and generate new business opportunities.
• Build internal and external networks to create fee opportunities.
• Lead assignments or support Directors/Partners in leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of client relationships and deliver client service.
• Invest in personal development and achieve scorecard objectives.
• Act with integrity and align with Firm values.
