Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Experience with spreadsheet software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and process a high volume of large transfer fee transactions daily; resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Process fee returns, adjustments and corrections; support P&L analysis.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple internal systems.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and chase unpaid amounts.
• Ensure transactions meet defined service levels and control standards.
• Produce monthly reporting relating to transfer fee activity and profitability.
• Escalate issues, risks or opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for processing activities.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards; escalate issues as needed.
• Support a culture aligned with the M&T Bank brand.
