Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking a detail-driven Fee Analyst to support quarterly fee processing and data governance. The role involves end-to-end handling of fee data, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain client-centric processes.

The candidate should be numerate, analytical, and capable of handling high volumes of data with precise attention to detail. Knowledge of Wealth Management operations and MS Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Wealth Management data entry and/or maintenance experience in Operations/Finance.
• Highly numerate and accurate with an investigative approach to problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and analyse large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Fee Analyst by processing end-to-end operational fee processes each quarter.
• Monitor and manage data amendment requests and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with processing ad-hoc client fees in line with standard procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams to maintain high levels of data accuracy.
• Monitor fees to identify incorrect set-ups or detriment to clients.
• Support maintenance of fee discount and fee holiday processes for clients.
• Assist with maintenance of fee schedules and related governance materials.
• Contribute to MI reporting and project testing related to system updates.
