Job description

Transfer Agency – Administrator/Senior Administrator (temporary contract)

Our client is seeking the ideal person to fill this exciting and varied role. The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

  1. Trade processing for complex offshore funds.
  2. Processing fund distributions to deadlines.
  3. Resolving client and investor queries.
  4. Maintaining shareholder register and investor files.
  5. Preparing audit requests.
  6. Undertaking investor account opening and closing.
  7. Reconciling cash accounts.
  8. Delivering excellent service and risk management.
  9. Reviewing systems and testing UAT.
  10. Undertaking projects and reporting any issues.
  11. Preparing shareholder statements and investment management reports.
  12. Verifying FATCA and AEOI investor classification and system set up.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of Transfer Agency and industry practice, including Property Funds.
  2. Understanding of the offshore funds compliance and regulatory regime.
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and One Note.
  4. Experience in using MultiFonds TA or similar platform.
  5. Ability to manage and mitigate risk.
  6. Good team player who can work under pressure and on own initiative.
  7. Accuracy and attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication skills.
