Transaction Services Manager / Assistant Manager

Your role

As a Manager, you will oversee project delivery daily and foster sustainable, profitable relationships with clients both externally and internally. You should have experience in financial due diligence for corporate, private equity, or financial buyers and vendors, or reporting accountant work, along with sector knowledge.

We prioritize your growth. To succeed, you should demonstrate:

  • Thorough knowledge of Transaction Services activities
  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent), or relevant experience
  • Previous management or supervision experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • If involved in Capital Markets transactions, a solid understanding of relevant legislation
  • A proactive, independent, and team-oriented work approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to continuous personal development
