Job Title: Manager Transaction Services

The Opportunity

Join a market-leading Transaction Services team delivering high-impact support across M&A transactions in Private Equity, Financial Services, Energy, Life Sciences, and TMT. We're hiring experienced Managers to lead financial due diligence and advise clients through all deal stages. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver financial due diligence engagements from scoping to reporting
• Interpret financial data to identify key risks, opportunities, and commercial implications
• Act as day-to-day client contact, managing stakeholders and external advisors
• Oversee budgets, recovery rates, and timely invoicing
• Review team outputs for accuracy and insight; support junior team development
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions

Your Experience

• Proven Financial Due Diligence expertise, ideally within a top advisory or accounting firm
• ACA or equivalent qualification
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; confident analysing and presenting complex data
• Experience leading projects and managing senior stakeholders
• Ability to connect technical findings to strategic recommendations
