Job summary

BDO in the United Kingdom seeks a Director or Associate Director to lead financial due diligence engagements across acquisitions, disposals and capital markets. You will own day-to-day delivery, deliver high-quality outcomes, and provide commercially focused advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Extensive Transaction Services experience, a track record in business development, and strong leadership of cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Transaction Services and ideally within a consultancy setting.
• Proven ability to build networking relationships with referrers to support business development.
• Experience of managing teams and multiple concurrent projects.

As a Director or Associate Director in our Transaction Services team, you will lead financial due diligence engagements for clients across acquisitions, disposals and capital markets transactions. This is a diverse role where you will identify opportunities to enhance our service offering, lead high-performing teams and deliver data-driven, commercially focused advice. You will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent client service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Extensive experience in Transaction Services and ideally within a consultancy setting.
