Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a senior professional to lead financial due diligence engagements within its Transaction Services team. You will drive project delivery across acquisitions, disposals and capital markets, while guiding junior staff and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, data-driven advice and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.

As a Director or Associate Director in our Transaction Services team, you will lead financial due diligence engagements for clients across acquisitions, disposals and capital markets transactions. This is a diverse role where you will identify opportunities to enhance our service offering, lead high-performing teams and deliver data-driven, commercially focused advice. You will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent client service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

You'll be someone with:

• Extensive experience in Transaction Services and ideally within a consultancy setting.
• A proven ability to build networking relationships with referrers in order to support business development
• Experience of managing teams and multiple concurrent projects
• A strong approach to managing risk
• Demonstrates a pro-actively approach to continuous development
• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
