Job summary

BDO is seeking a talented professional to join its Transaction Services team. You will support clients through due diligence for acquisitions, sales, and capital markets transactions, delivering data-driven insights and commercial acumen.

You will also liaise with clients, manage information requests, and help businesses navigate complex deal processes. You will work in a collaborative, people-centred culture with mentoring and clear career development pathways, helping you grow within a leading

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
• Experience of working within a corporate finance department.
• Previous management experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• For Capital Markets transactions, knowledge of relevant legislation

Responsibilities

• Support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to acquisitions, sales processes and capital markets transactions.
• Deliver data-driven insights and commercial acumen to help transactions succeed.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations and improvements.
• Develop experience alongside senior professionals in a fast-paced advisory environment.

You’ll Be Someone With
