About the role

We are seeking a Transaction Services Director to join our team. This role involves leading transactional advisory services, managing client relationships, and driving business development efforts in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage transaction services engagements, including due diligence, valuations, and transaction support.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
4. Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent) or relevant work experience.
• Significant experience within a corporate finance department.
• Proven track record in business development and market success.
• Previous management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to Capital Markets transactions (if applicable).
