Who Are We Recruiting?

We are hiring Managers for our Private Equity, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Mid-Market, and Corporate teams (including Energy and Natural Resources, Life Sciences, TMT, CDI, and SPA) across the UK to support our TS business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize your strong Financial Due Diligence experience with various clients or sectors.
2. Interpret data, generate insights, and develop solutions for clients using analytical skills.
3. Manage costs, report, monitor recovery rates against budgets, and handle invoicing.
4. Deliver entire work streams from start to finish, adding value by collaborating across the business to become a trusted adviser.
5. Produce robust financial analyses and review team outputs.
6. Serve as a primary contact for clients and advisors daily.

Minimum Requirements

1. Ability to lead in high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
2. Identify deal implications from due diligence findings and recommend actions, emphasizing the significance of findings.
3. Provide direct advice and insights to clients, demonstrating technical expertise.
4. Adapt flexibly to changing requirements and re-plan accordingly.
5. Manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
6. Experience in managing upwards and reviewing outputs for quality and consistency.
