This Associate Director position requires the candidate to independently, and with the support of other Directors and Partners, develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members.

Description

The key responsibilities of this Transaction Services Manager (M&A) based in Bristol are:

1. Support and contribute to the management of the Corporate Finance team with other Directors and Partners.
2. Project manage larger Corporate Finance engagements.
3. Assume responsibilities for project execution and delivery within timelines, including managing other service lines.
4. Lead the development of existing and new service stream practices.
5. Build strong and sustainable relationships with clients, both internal and external.
6. Take ownership of client relationships and projects.
7. Demonstrate a clear understanding of clients' businesses and industries.

Profile

Our client is searching for candidates who possess the following skills and experience:

1. ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent).
2. Experience working within a Corporate Finance or Transaction Services team.
3. Proven track record advising clients on Corporate Finance transactions.
4. Previous client and management experience.
5. The desire and ambition to grow a Transaction Services team and develop your career.
