Job summary

Cooper Parry is expanding its South-based Transaction Services team and seeks an Assistant Manager to drive growth and client delivery across the South, including London and Reading. You will lead key projects, develop client relationships and contribute to the firm's ambitious growth plan.

The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent, due diligence experience, strong reporting skills, and a proactive business development mindset.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in financial due diligence (buy-side & sell-side) and SPA is desirable.
• Proven report-writing skills and strong time management under deadlines.
• Experience in managing client relationships and discussions.
• Business development mindset, ideally with PE exposure.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop the approach, scope and objectives with the client, understanding key business drivers and providing value through insights and conclusions.
• Gather, verify and assess information, formulating informed views and conclusions.
• Plan and prepare outputs from our work, including reports and client meetings with insightful data analysis.
• Monitor progress of live projects and highlight risks or price-impacting items in a timely manner.
• Establish yourself as a key client contact and collaborate with other Cooper Parry teams.
• Share knowledge with the team and coach others to raise performance.
• Identify opportunities to broaden services offered to clients.
