Job summary

Ambition, a respected accountancy and advisory firm, is seeking a Transaction Services Manager for its Bristol office. The role is hands-on, focusing on mid-market deals, financial due diligence, acquisitions, disposals and valuations.

You will manage engagements end-to-end, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a high-momentum team. ACA or ACCA qualification is preferred, with solid Transaction Services or financial due diligence experience.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification required; solid experience in Transaction Services or financial due diligence.
• Experience managing mid-market deals and performing financial due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, and valuations.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and manage engagements from start to finish.
