## Transaction Services Assistant ManagerApply: Knightsbridge: Full time: Posted Today: VAC- 55503Within the Transaction Services department, the Assistant Managers role is to lead a team to be the first line of support to colleagues in processing large and complex transactions. Transaction Services look after financial activity such as bank transfers, VAT invoicing and other processes which support the business in handling transactions in a compliant way.**About the Role**The Assistant Managers are responsible for performance coaching, having the passion and skills to actively spend time with their teams. You will guide, educate and course correct to build expert decision making and ensure the business is protected from risk, whilst creating a feeling of support and care for customers.Within the role, you will be accountable for service levels, KPI's and overall service performance, identifying what is working and what the opportunities for improvement are. You will plan and deliver motivational daily team briefs that are informative on business performance and updates, customer stories and team successes.
