Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Romford is seeking a Transaction Manager to join our Chery dealership. This full-time role reports to the Sales Manager and offers a base salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of £50,000.

You will stack and control deals, deliver finance and insurance packages with FCA compliance, and drive targets while maintaining top product knowledge. A full UK driving licence is required, and a company vehicle is part of the package.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership.
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Experience delivering finance and insurance packages with FCA compliance.
• A drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team.
• Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards.
• Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge.
• Carrying out part exchange appraisals.
• Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset.

Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Transaction Manager to join and work with our Chery dealership in Romford.

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis 5 day working week Monday - Sunday, with a basic salary of up to £30,000 and an OTE of £50,000, and reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
