Job summary

Allen Motor Group is seeking a Transaction Manager for our Romford dealership. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Sales Manager and carries a basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of £50,000.

The role focuses on stacking deals, FCA compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship skills, a drive to meet targets, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals.
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance.
• A drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
• Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards
• Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
• Carrying out part exchange appraisals
• Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset

Job description

Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Transaction Manager to join and work with our Chery dealership in Romford.

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis 5 day working week Monday - Sunday, with a basic salary of up to £30,000 and an OTE of £50,000, and reports to the Sales Manager.
