Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This role is for a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

1. Review highly complex debt capital market transactions and structures from initiation through closing.
2. Act as a key liaison with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms in collaboration with Client & Business Development.
3. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external parties on transaction documentation, ensuring compliance with operational and documentation standards and risk mitigation.
4. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, legal changes, and regulations.

Qualifications include:

1. Strong educational background.
2. Experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets.
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage relationships effectively in high-pressure situations.
4. Ability to develop innovative legal and commercial solutions.
5. Strong analytical, lateral thinking, and resourcefulness.
