Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This role is for a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

• Review highly complex debt capital market transactions/structures from initiation to closing.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external parties on transactions and documentation, ensuring standards and risk mitigation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, regulations, and laws.

Qualifications include:

• Strong educational background
• Experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage relationships effectively
