Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a team member for the role of Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This role is for a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

• Review highly complex debt capital market transactions/structures aligned to a business or multiple product segments from initiation through closing.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and, together with Client & Business Development, lead negotiations on transaction terms.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external parties on transactions and deal documentation, ensuring operational and documentation standards are met and risks are mitigated.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for product/country, staying updated on market, competitor data, and regulations.
