Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This is a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

1. Review highly complex debt capital market transactions from initiation to closing.
2. Coordinate with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms.
3. Act as the primary contact for internal and external parties regarding deal documentation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
4. Serve as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data and legal changes.
