Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This role is for a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

  1. Review complex debt capital market transactions and structures from initiation through closing.
  2. Coordinate with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms.
  3. Serve as the main contact for internal and external parties on transactions and documentation, ensuring standards and risk mitigation.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, regulations, and laws.

To succeed, you should have:

  1. A strong educational background.
  2. Experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets.
  3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage relationships effectively.
  4. Skill in proposing innovative legal and commercial solutions.
