Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This role is for a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

1. Review highly complex debt capital market transactions and structures from initiation to closing.
2. Coordinate with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms, in collaboration with Client & Business Development.
3. Act as the primary contact for internal and external parties regarding transaction documentation, ensuring standards are met and risks are mitigated.
4. Serve as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, regulations, and laws.

2. Experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets.
