Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This role is a 6-month contract based in London.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing complex debt capital market transactions from initiation to closing.
2. Serving as a liaison with outside counsel and leading negotiations on transaction terms.
3. Managing communications with internal and external parties to ensure transaction standards and risk mitigation.
4. Acting as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market, legal, and regulatory changes.
