Transaction Manager

£30k basic with £53k OTE

Location: Tonbridge

Type: Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am – 5:00pm), and 1 in 3 Sundays (10:00am – 4:00pm). A day off in lieu will be provided for working on Sundays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the team meets targets for new and used car sales, finance, add-ons, finance renewals, lead management, and customer satisfaction.
2. Maximize profitable sales of finance and insurance products.
3. Assist in stacking deals, including valuing part exchange vehicles, for sales consultants and second-facing customers when needed.
4. Support in closing sales by offering finance products to aid the selling process.
5. Manage workload effectively across multiple customers.
6. Handle diary management.

Your Background & Skills:

• Experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Controller, or a Senior Sales Executive seeking a step up.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Knowledge of the main dealer sales environment.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
