Our client is a Car Dealership who are now seeking to recruit a Transaction Manager for their busy and thriving dealership in Leatherhead.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives, focusing on enquiry management, controlling sales deals, and second-facing where needed. You will also focus on your ability to sell financial solutions to customers while ensuring FCA compliance at all times.
Ideally, you will be either a Business Manager or Sales Transaction Manager working in a main dealer environment, looking to take the next step in your career. Support and training will be provided to enhance your knowledge of systems and compliance with FSA regulations. This environment is fast-paced, requiring you to be professional, approachable, and enthusiastic to drive team performance. Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £52,000 per annum, including a company car and a fuel allowance from home to work.
Working hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 8:30 am – 5:00 pm on Saturday; and 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on Sunday/Bank Holidays, on a rota basis of 1 in 3. A day off in lieu will be given each week for working on Saturdays.
