Automotive Dealership Business/Transaction Manager Role - Brighton

We are recruiting for a prestigious automotive dealership in the Brighton area seeking an experienced Business/Transaction Manager to join their successful team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Business/Transaction Manager and proven customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Report to the General Sales Manager and coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
  2. Support, coach, and assist to maximize sales volume and profitability, focusing on achieving chassis and F&I KPIs.
  3. Be experienced with all aspects of F&I functions to maximize sales profitability.
  4. Oversee the enquiry management process.
  5. Promote a professional image of the dealership and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
  6. Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales and finance transactions for performance reviews.
  7. Participate in vehicle part-exchange appraisals, valuations, and sales deals.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience as a Business Manager or Sales Transaction Manager in a main dealer environment, seeking career advancement.
  • Support and training will be provided to enhance your systems knowledge and FSA regulation compliance.
