Location – near Guildford in Surrey
Salary – 30k basic / OTE 50k plus
Transaction Manager Role
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
You will provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability, primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPIs.
Experience with all aspects of F&I functions is essential to maximize sales profitability.
You will oversee the enquiry management process.
Promoting the professional image of the dealership and ensuring customer satisfaction standards are maintained at all times.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular performance reviews against targets.
Involvement in vehicle part-exchange appraisals/valuations, controlling, and sales deals.
As a Transaction Manager, you will be:
Experience working as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager is ideal.
Having a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DMS; training will be provided to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to ensure compliance with FSA regulations.
You should be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work are essential.
Proven experience in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties.
Valid driving license required.
