Our client is a Car Dealership seeking to recruit a Transaction Manager for their busy and thriving dealership in Tunbridge Wells.

Transaction Manager Role:

• Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
• Focus on enquiry management, controlling sales deals, and second-facing where needed.
• Concentrate on selling financial solutions to customers while ensuring FCA compliance at all times.

About you:

• Ideally, you will be a Business Manager or Sales Transaction Manager in a main dealer environment, looking to advance your career.
• Support and training will be provided to enhance your knowledge of systems and regulatory compliance.
• This is a fast-paced environment requiring professionalism, approachability, enthusiasm, and leadership to drive team performance.
