Job summary

Big On Logistics is seeking a Class 1 driver to tramp between UK distribution centres, delivering a high standard of customer service. The role offers a full-time shift pattern with variable start/finish times, mainly afternoon and night shifts, supporting a modern fleet.

You will join a family-run operation based in Stoke-on-Trent, with pension, holiday pay, and training benefits as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C+E license, Driver CPC Card (or DQC Card) and Digi Card.
• Understand tachograph and drivers hours regulations.
• Minimum of 12 months UK driving time preferred.
• English language is required.
• No more than six penalty points with no DD/DR/IN endorsements.
• Must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and vetting.
• BG C results must meet requirements; negative tests expected.

Responsibilities

• Tramping between varied UK distribution centres.
• Interact in a positive and professional manner and value customer service.
• Shift times vary week to week; flexibility required.
• Desire to work predominantly Afternoon and Night shifts.
• Tramper work.
