Job summary

Siamo Group Ltd in Highbridge is seeking experienced Class 1 Tramping Drivers for ad hoc work with a well-known logistics partner.

Shifts can start between 3am and 8am, up to 15 hours, with 2–3 collection and delivery stops per shift. You may travel to Glasgow, Carlisle and London, gaining valuable experience with a reputable logistics company.

The role offers £15.30 per hour plus a £25 night-out allowance for overnight stays, and requires reliability, CPC and tachograph credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience.
• Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid digital tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Follow EU drivers' hours regulations and working time requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Deliver goods safely, efficiently and within scheduled timeframes.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Use a company smartphone with pre-installed delivery applications.
• Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is clean, safe and roadworthy.

Siamo Group are working with a well-known logistics company based in Highbridge, who are currently seeking experienced Class 1 Tramping Drivers for ad hoc work.

Shifts can start between 3am and 8am, with shift durations of up to 15 hours from the start time. You will typically complete around 2–3 collection and delivery stops per shift, travelling to destinations including Glasgow, Carlisle and London.
