Vision for Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistants to join schools in Chelmsford. This role offers training and the chance to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting pupils and teachers throughout the day.

You will work with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment, assisting with activities, routines and student engagement. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
