Sapiens UK is looking for an Application Training Specialist/Technical Trainer to join our Cardiff team. You will deliver high-quality training on our Life & Pensions solution: CoreSuite to internal teams, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate will excel at explaining complex technical concepts, possess excellent communication skills, and collaborate with global teams.

Location: Cardiff, UK (Hybrid, with travel to the US and Europe)

Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and skilled Application Instructor/Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training on CoreSuite, our flagship product, to internal teams, partners, and customers. The candidate should have hands-on experience with CoreSuite, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.

What You Will Do

1. External and Internal Training: Deliver training sessions on CoreSuite's usage, features, and benefits.
2. Remote and On-Site Training: Conduct remote sessions and travel to customer sites across the US and Europe for on-the-job training and implementation.
3. CoreSuite Configuration: Provide training on configuring CoreSuite.
4. Technical Content Creation: Develop tutorials, user guides, and documentation for users.
5. Training Environment Readiness: Coordinate with development to ensure training environments are prepared.
6. Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for training schedules and preparations.
7. Training Coordination: Manage logistics aligned with project timelines.
8. Customer Support: Provide post-training support for successful adoption.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on CoreSuite and industry developments.

What You Need To Succeed

• +3 years experience in application training, software implementation; insurance sector experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in Life Insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience as a business analyst/support with a technical background is advantageous.
• Experience creating technical training materials.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable with remote and in-person training.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel to the US and Europe.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and in a global team.
