The job holder is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training to all colleagues within Spicerhaart, aligned with the company vision. Proper training on processes and procedures is crucial, as failure can significantly impact the business through sales.
The role also involves assessing apprenticeships on the Spicerhaart Vocational Development Programme.

Ideally educated to degree level, with a CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent experience, including at least 3 years in sales, property, or retail sales roles. Experience with learning platforms and apprenticeship programs is advantageous. Must be qualified to assess and support Level 2 & 3 apprenticeships.
The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be self-motivated, confident, flexible, organized, and accurate.
Must have a full UK driving license and legal right to work in the UK. Evidence required includes a passport or birth certificate, proof of address, National Insurance number, and driver’s license check.
* Subject to passing probation and completing 1 year of service.
