Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Training Lead on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract in Swindon. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days on-site and leads a small team delivering learning for Financial & Mortgage Advisers.

You will shape and deliver learning strategies to support adviser competence, regulatory readiness and commercial impact, working with senior stakeholders. Quick start needed.

Qualifications

• Significant training experience within regulated financial, wealth, mortgage advice (or a similar) environment.
• UK Level 4 Diploma and strong knowledge of training within regulated financial advice.
• A solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating business needs into effective learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:
