Job summary

VSL International, part of Bouygues Construction, is seeking a Training & HR Administrator to join the GSA team on Sizewell C. You will provide day-to-day admin support across training, employee records, onboarding and wider HR activities, coordinating training requirements and maintaining records to ensure compliance and safety.

Working with the Training, HR and operations teams, you will support inductions, manage documentation, and help deliver accurate reporting and system data for audit

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
• Experience within HR, Training, Learning & Development or administrative role would be advantageous.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure or project-based environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mandatory, compliance and role-specific training for employees and operatives.
• Organise training bookings with internal and external providers, including dates, venues and attendees.
• Maintain training matrices, trackers and individual records and monitor qualification expiry dates.
