EGIS is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage learning and development across our contract. You will coordinate training programmes, ensure compliance, and support a culture of continuous learning for colleagues and managers.
You’ll build relationships with training providers, maintain records, and produce MI and dashboards to drive improvements, delivering high-quality training experiences and clear joining instructions.
