We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Heanor to support with scheduling, tracking, and reporting on skills training and compliance using our learning management system. This post will involve developing and maintaining a local training plan whilst working in collaboration with our Learning & Development Business Partner.

Salary - £28,000 per annum

Shift - Mon-Fri 7:30am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining training communication plans and distributing training announcements
• Ensuring training information is accurate for tracking and reporting
• Coordinating scheduling, implementation, and logistical activities for training and administrative tasks
• Collaborating with Shift Managers and Team Leaders to determine training needs and delivery
• Maintaining the matrix to ensure site readiness for audits
• Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions
• Hosting training sessions

About You

• You must have a can-do attitude
• Ability to maintain and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
