Job summary

Knowledge Exchange Group is seeking a Training Coordinator (Events) in London with a focus on delivering engaging training courses. You will work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to manage courses from concept to delivery.

The role requires a year of professional experience, an eye for detail, strong organisational and negotiation skills, and a passion for excellent customer service. A hybrid working model and full training are provided.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional environment.
  • Some background in events or training.
  • Proficient with common tech: Microsoft Office, Zoom, email systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Email marketing or website builder experience is a bonus.
  • Customer service oriented and solutions-focused.
  • Comfortable negotiating and thinking commercially.
  • Calm problem-solver who works well in a team.
  • Clear, confident communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with trainers and industry bodies.
  • Negotiate trainer fees and keep projects on budget.
  • Shape course content with trainers (bios, materials, logos, slides).
  • Build course websites and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate pre-event questionnaires to keep content sharp and relevant.
  • Secure CPD certification for courses.
  • Support delegates with joining instructions, tech troubleshooting, and friendly customer service.
  • Gather feedback post-course to keep raising the bar.
  • Handle cost and invoice administration.
  • Liaise with clients on bespoke in-house training.

Position: Training Coordinator (Events)

Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Location: London Bridge / Hybrid working

The Role

We're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our fast-paced, friendly events team - someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys a full inbox, and gets a real kick out of seeing a training course come together from a blank page to course full of engaged delegates.

Whether it's a small, focused workshop of 5 or a full course of 30, our training courses are designed to engage every delegate. Y ou'll be working closely with our Director and the marketing, product, and operations teams to make sure every course lands well, and appeals to a mix of clients.

No two days will look the same, and while some experience in event coordination is great, what matters most is your drive, your eye for detail, your passion for good customer experience, and solid negotiation and organisational skills. We'll provide full training and teach you the rest.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and nurturing relationships with trainers and industry bodies

About You
  • At least a year's experience in a professional environment
  • Some background in events or training
  • Confident with everyday tech - Microsoft Office, Zoom, email systems, etc.
  • Sharp organisational skills - checking the details, meeting multiple deadlines
  • Experience with email marketing or website builders is a bonus
  • A natural at customer service - warm, helpful, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable negotiating and thinking commercially
  • A calm problem-solver who takes things in their stride
  • A genuine team player who builds relationships easily
  • A clear, confident communicator
