Our client, a well-established professional membership organisation, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Training Administrator to join its friendly and busy Training team.
This is much more than a traditional administrative role. You will be at the heart of the training operation, supporting customers, coordinating courses and ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial booking through to course completion.
The organisation is particularly keen to find someone who is curious about technology and enjoys identifying smarter ways of working. If you like improving processes and exploring how CRM systems, digital tools, automation and AI can make administration more efficient, you will have plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas and make a genuine impact.
Experience within training administration, learning and development, events, bookings or customer service would be particularly useful. Previous experience with a training provider would be advantageous but is not essential.
Knowledge of CRM databases, Learning Management Systems, Excel, online booking platforms, Microsoft Teams or Zoom would also be beneficial.
The organisation operates a hybrid working model. You will work remotely for much of the time but must be able to travel into London for a minimum of three office days per month, alongside occasional training courses, events and additional team days. The role will therefore suit someone based in London or within a reasonable commuting distance.
If you are customer-focused, brilliantly organised, comfortable with technology and always looking for a better way of doing things, this could be an excellent next step.
Membership Bespoke positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates, regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status or pregnancy and maternity.
