Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking a Training Coordinator within the Safety, Health and Environment team. You will coordinate and manage training for site and office colleagues, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of programmes.

Your day-to-day includes setting up courses, maintaining training records, producing attendance reports and supporting SHE initiatives with strong communication and meticulous attention to detail. This role emphasizes safety, learning and collaboration across the business.

• Setting up and administering internal and external SHE training courses, liaising with training providers and arranging venues.
• Managing training databases and maintaining accurate records of programmes, materials and attendance.
• Producing monthly training attendance reports and annual budget analysis reports.
• Creating joining instructions, attendance certificates and feedback registers for all courses.
• Supporting the delivery of SHE initiatives, campaigns and events, acting as an ambassador for SHE training.
