Training Consultant Yorkshire Area

Home Based role covering the Yorkshire Area, including Bradford, Wakefield, and Leeds.

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week

Swift Temps Ltd is recruiting for a Training Consultant in a permanent position based in the Yorkshire area for our client.

This key role involves delivering world-class product training to ECI customers, enhancing their confidence and competence in using our products. Your engaging training sessions will ensure delegates acquire the necessary skills and understanding to succeed.

Role Purpose

Deliver engaging and informative product training to ECI customers, instilling confidence and competence in their use and operation of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging product training sessions at customer sites.
• Demonstrate correct product use, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Build confidence and develop delegates' skills to operate products to a high standard.
• Accurately capture and submit delegate details for certification.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify training-driven sales opportunities and support promotional strategies.
• Maintain professionalism, adhere to health and safety regulations, and handle conflicts or concerns respectfully and effectively.

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience delivering training with strong presentation, assessment, and evaluation skills.

• Exceptional communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
• Knowledge of sector-relevant legislation, presented clearly and professionally.

Experience Required

• At least 2 years in training, confident in presenting, assessment, evaluation, and customer service.
• Recognised Trainer Certification and high standard of written English.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

• Medical device training experience.
• Assessor Certification.
