In the United Kingdom and Ireland, Reapit’s market-leading technology product suite provides estate and lettings agents with powerful tools covering lead generation, sales, lettings, property management, block management, client accounts, key management and analytics, underpinned by a robust, security infrastructure.

Worldwide, Reapit technology is used by over 78,000 agents in more than 15,000 branches, with over a million properties under management; enabling them to run their businesses, identify opportunities for growth, manage their properties, collect rent, communicate with their clients, and deliver an outstanding customer experience, every time.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Training, you’ll be involved in:

  • Partnering with customers to identify training needs, operational challenges and opportunities to improve adoption and efficiency across the Reapit platform
  • Conducting training and consultancy needs analysis to recommend tailored solutions that align with customer goals and business outcomes
  • Building strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders, to develop bespoke enablement and optimisation plans
  • Identifying opportunities to expand training and consultancy services, supporting revenue growth through value-led customer engagement
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product and Professional Services to align customer plans, share insights and support ongoing account development
  • Monitoring customer engagement, usage trends and feedback to help drive continuous improvement, measurable success and long-term customer value.
  • Maintaining accurate customer engagement, consultancy activity and account planning records as required

These activities will each be leading towards a Consultancy target of £75k p/a which will fall under your responsibility to hit. This will form part of the overall training team target.

As part of hitting this target, you will be enrolled onto a structured commission plan, allowing for uncapped earning potential for success in this role.
